1. samm: 

Valage meresool sooja jalavanni ja segage hästi. Leotage jalgu 5-10 minutit.

2. samm: 

Masseerige suhkrukoorijat jalgadele ja säärtele, et õrnalt koorida. Loputage hoolikalt leige veega. Kuivatage õrnalt rätikuga.

3. samm: 

Kandke mudamaski jalgadele ja säärtele, et eemaldada nahalt mustused, avada poorid ja imada liigne rasu. Jätke see 3-5 minutiks, kuni see kuivab. Loputage leige veega maha ja kuivatage.

4. samm: 

Määri massaaživõid jalgadele ja säärtele ning masseeri õrnalt kuni täieliku imendumiseni, et tagada maksimaalne niisutus.
